When we focus our intentions on something we desire, most of us go first to the visual image of whatever it is.  Visual imagery is a big part of manifestation, or creating your life as you desire it. In previous posts and exercises, I’ve illustrated a few techniques to help clarify and create.  It is helpful when you get in touch with what it would be like, and what it feels like to be living your dream life, to keep all senses in mind.  It is great to see, feel, hear, taste and yes, hear what your dream life is.

Do you desire a new career?  In addition to seeing yourself doing it, imagine what your day would sound like in that position.  What are the surroundings like?  Are things quiet?  Soft?  Loud?  Full of conversations?  What do you say to those around you?

Imagine your ideal life or your most current goal in as vivid terms as possible.  Close your eyes if you need to.  See it.  And, hear exactly what it sounds like.

At last night’s workshop in Chicago, we covered topics related to the specifics of creating a dreamlife.  We only scratched the surface with two great exercises; Creating Space lead by Eva Liljendahl and the Power Intention Card exercise, which I lead.  What is clear and apparent to me is that the Law of Attraction is both simple and complex at the same time, depending on how you view the topic.

Although an entire week could be devoted to exercises to flesh out the specifics, at the core, all you need to do is quiet your mind a bit and reflect on exactly what you desire looks, smells, sounds, tastes, and feels like. Continue playfully focusing until that vision is so real and the feeling of it is so strong that it is indeed your reality.

Are you ready to hone your skills on specifics?  Share with a community of others on a conscious path to the life of their dreams and desires?  See you Sunday at the Chicago Workshop on Achieving Your Goals without Really Trying, as we delve into the magical dreamy place of specific desires.

I’ve spent some time in the last few days preparing for the upcoming Chicago workshop.  The major focus of the workshop is specifics.  Eva Liljendahl and I have created some new exercises to help people define the specifics related to their own personal goals.  This focus comes mostly from the request of those we work with.

One thing was evident during our last planning session.  It is, that there is an abundance of techniques to help all of us achieve our specific dreams and goals. We will be focusing on a few powerful ones in the workshop.

I am working on a new concept using a card that you can keep with you to help you stay in touch with your dream life throughout the day, everyday.  I will explain this technique in more detail at the Chicago workshop, and in the near future on this blog.  So, keep following your dreams and keep looking for ways to define your dream life as specifically as possible.

What a great adventure Tokyo was.  And to those who attended my workshop, thank you for your great participation.   I could not have asked for a better trip. For, it was as fantastic as I imagined it would be.
