Ask yourself today. What are the questions most important to me?
What comes to mind first? Whom do I choose in an upcoming election? What is my favorite celebrity up to? Why does gasoline cost so much? How am I going to pay for _______ (fill in the blank with whatever fear comes to mind)?
The questions above represent but a sample of what often comes to mind for many people. The questions above are predominately negative. The questions above may do little to move you forward. They may reinforce negative thoughts and feelings The questions above and the questions we are trained to ask from our media, parents, government, and friends, are often low vibrational in nature.
Now, think of another question. A positive one. Or, at least one that feels a little better than where you find yourself right now.
Got one? Good. Say it out loud. How does it feel? If it feels better, you’re on to something.

Try getting in touch with a feeling just a little better than you are feeling now, incrementally. Know that love and joy are possible. Remember a time when you felt those feelings? If so, close your eyes and visualize that time, what it looked like, felt like, smelled like, sounded like.
These are places to your journey of love and joy. And be specific. What does love and joy look like to you? In your reality?
