What’s in a daydream?   What is that sensation about anyway?  You may be in one place and find your mind drifting off to another.

What do you do when that happens?  Do you try to jerk yourself back to “reality”?  Well, if you’re driving down a busy expressway, that may be the best course.  But, if you are someplace where you can let yourself go, do just that.  Let yourself go.  Be free with your thoughts, your feelings, your daydream.  See where it leads.  Is this daydream representing something you’d like to have or a state you’d like to be in?  Or, is it a found memory you are re-living?

The key to it all, is to go with the flow of that positive feeling.  Go with the flow of that daydream.  Don’t stifle it, squash it or discount it.  Just let it be and live in you for a while.  Experience it.  Be a dreamer.  Be a daydreamer.  Live and love your life.  You deserve to have your dreams come true.

Have you found yourself in a situation where “time flies”.  Most of us have known this feeling .  What does it mean for you?  You may be thinking, “Time flies when I’m having fun.”  You are right.  And that loss of perception of time, coupled with an attachment and focus on what you are doing, in other words, meaningful involvement, resonates with a vibration of pleasure and satisfaction.  Can you imagine living most of your life in this state? How about just living more of your life in this state.  Notice next time what brings you here vibrationally.  That’s a clue on how to get here more often.

Things may not always be as they seem to you.  Things may not even be as you always thought they were.  What is reality anyway?  It’s just what you and others agree it is.  The stronger the agreement, the more real it may seem.  But, what if your view suddenly shifts because you learn some new information?  If it does, let the moment cause you to reflect on how limiting your own lens can be.

I stopped at Starbucks coffee today, not an unusual part of my routine.  In the process of deciding on bold or milder coffee to drink, I learned that the bolder coffees I prefer have less caffeine than the milder ones.  How can that be?  I always assumed the opposite, the bolder the coffee, the more caffeine.  ”Oh no,” the barista told me with a proud grin.  ”You need to talk to us more,” he said.  Well, maybe I do.  Not only did I learn something, he gave me a discount on my purchase.

What does this little occurence mean? To me it is a reminder. Open up, expand. Try to look at life and its richness from alternative perspectives.  You may discover something new.  Maybe, even a little bit of trivia about coffee.

If you’ve been struggling with making a decision lately and are still unsure of which direction to go, I have some good news.

Here it is.  Whichever direction you choose will ultimately enrich you and be on the path  where you intend to go.  let me say that again in a different way.  As much as you think it matters what you choose, ultimately, you will choose the path that is the right path for you.  Easy path, hard path, it doesn’t matter.

If you later do the “what if, I should have” game and deem it a bad choice, then you still learned, grew and expanded your consciousness as a result.  So, push through that indecision, make a choice, any choice and follow that path right to your dream life.

Should you be afraid this Halloween season?  Should you be afraid of ghosts and goblins?  Probably not.  That would feel irrational wouldn’t it?

Wouldn’t it also be irrational to be afraid of the success that awaits you?  To be afraid of that dream you hold close to your heart?  Think about it and start putting your fears in the place they belong.

Boo.

Do worries serve a purpose?  Maybe?  One; does worrying alert you that you need to adjust your course and improve your situation?  Or two; do you worry about something and at the same time think you have no power to impact a change?  If number two fits you, it’s time to reconsider that mindset.

When you worry about something and give it attention, you send out a vibrational energy into the universe.  This worrying energy is looking for a match to bring you more of what you worry about, or something just like it.  Why would you order worry, anxiety, pain, helplessness from the universe?  No matter the worry, try to pivot on those emotions.  Look for something that feels better and less hopeless.  Even a little bit better will send out a better message about what you want from your world.

Ever meet someone who is always afraid of getting sick?  I bet you’ll also notice that they are sick more than those who stay in a mindset of feeling healthy.

Enjoy your life.   Fewer worries = greater joy!

Look for a late October or early November video-event in Tokyo.  Location and dates are being finalized now.  I plan to return to Tokyo in January 2010 for a live seminar.  But in the meantime, it’s great to have the technology to cyber-visit.

Yesterday afternoon I looked at a great space in Chicago where I’ll be conducting a seminar in November.   There will be more details as I’m able to share them.  But, I expect this to be a kickoff to a great series of uplifting and inspiring events to come.   There have been some amazing synchronicities on the path to November’s event.  Also, I am working on a tele-event in Tokyo, perhaps in October.  I’ll leave it up to the universe to collude with me on all of the details, and the wonderful people who are helping make the events happen.

I hope the universe is conspiring with each of you to bring your dreams into reality.
