Do you have a list of what you’d like to accomplish? Do you have a list of New Year’s resolutions? Do you have negative thoughts, feelings and energy about what hasn’t happened yet? About what 2011 didn’t bring?

Let it all go. Let the lists drift into the wind of artificial linear time. Let yourself believe in something as if it is in the now. And it will be in your now and in your experience in the forever that is your experience.

What Do You Desire Today?

What do you desire today? What do you desire right now? For just a moment, put aside all of the long range thoughts in you head. Put away all of those long term plans. Done? Good!
Now think about what would make today a little bit brighter and little bit better. What would make today great? What could happen today to make it fantastic beyond belief? How will you feel when that fantastic thing happens? The universal truth is that your day can dramatically improve right now. You can have a higher vibration, a better feeling, and happier day. It takes some belief and desire. Whoever you are and wherever you are, you have plenty of both. You have all that you need right at this very moment to improve your today. Do that and the future becomes brighter as well.

Change, Change, Change

As 2011 moves quickly forward, closing in on the fourth quarter of the year, I find myself bombarded with talk and images of change. In the media, I’m seeing photos, watching videos and reading stories about groups of people discontent about something in their life. Much of this, though not all, focuses on politics, power and money.
People express concern about the future. Why is that, I wonder? Why am I noticing this more now? Is it because the present feels more unsettled to many of us? Perhaps.

What about your own future? What are you concerned about as an individual? What group concerns do you identify with? What do you desire to change for yourself and for the world? What results will produce joy and happiness for you?

Focus on these questions and let them guide you to a calmer more joyful place as you move forward and continue on your path. Let yourself go with the positive flow and use any negative resistance to clarify your desires rather than get stuck in the muck of the present. Remember that life is always changing and your soul wouldn’t want it any other way.

Prayers with Oslo

My thoughts, energy and intention flow to those in Norway affected by yesterday’s bombing and shootings. With the help of the media, it is a story felt round the world. Healing, hope and lack of fear will carry all of us far.

The pain and shock of events such as these can open us up to even more pain and feelings of lack and uncertainty. Let your vibrational energy move from a darker place to a lighter higher vibrational place. Know that love still reigns in this universe.

Earthquake, Tsunami, and Dramatic Change

An earthquake of gigantic proportion, a fierce tsunami, and destructive dramatic changes are being experienced in Japan as I write this. There is so much large scale drama and multiple intense and related situations to focus on that it is almost overwhelming to try and take it all in.

Now, imagine experiencing it firsthand. How would that feel? Some of you reading this may indeed be feeling the effects firsthand and up close. Anyone living in Japan is touched by what is happening in the northern part of the country. How do you believe it differs, experiencing this throught the media, or firsthand?

One thing to remember is that there is always change happening. Nothing is still and static. Beauty, hope and power positives are happening right now, even in the midst of the difficulties facing many.

There are lessons to learn for all of us. Good lessons. Breathe feelings of hope and love and high vibrational energy for all affected by the earthquake and tsunami. Breathe feelings of hope and love and high vibrational energy for yourself as well. The process of healing and hope has already begun.

Ever Wonder Why Things Don’t Seem to Go as Planned?

Have you ever had a day, or week, or maybe more, where things just didn’t seem to go as planned?

When that happens, is it automatically a negative? Do you assume if things don’t appear to be happening the way you want them to, that there’s something wrong? It’s common to make that assumption.

Yet, if you relax, allow yourself to open up a bit about the “how” of everything and get yourself into a place of beautiful anticipation, you may realize that these variations in path are quite beautiful.

It’s a matter of letting go of your urge to control and expanding your innate ability to create without limits.

What Does a Change in Seasons Mean to You?

For many of you, depending where you reside, you are seeing a change in nature and in the physical environment around you. For some it is a welcome change. And others I know express dread. Dread and concern about winter coming, or the end of the year, or something else in their view that is foreboding.

Which type are you? Are you excited about nearing the end of a calendar year? Looking forward to the possibilities of the change before you? Do you worry about what is coming? Or, about what you think is coming?

My advice to you is to open up and enjoy the change that is coming. None of us ever stands still. The universe is in constant motion around us. And we are in motion as well. Do you feel it? Do you welcome it? Do you know you can influence everything around you?

Think, feel, and believe in a way that moves your energy in a positive way. Feel great? Then allow yourself to feel even greater? Feel down? Then, believe that things can improve.

Enjoy the change in Seasons and enjoy your unique and beautiful adventure in this world.

What’s the Rush?

I find myself rushing around lately. There’s been lots on my plate. Much to attend to. Some surprise challenges and a to do list that seems to be growing by the second. So, I do more. Then there is suddenly more to do.
Sounds like the universe is working overtime to keep me in this state, doesn’t it?
Actually, the universe is just cooperating with the energy I’m sending out. I rush. There’s more to do. So, I rush some more.
What if I just relax a bit, take the rest of the day off from doing? I think I’ll like the result. My vibrational energy will respomd to the calm.
So, here it goes. I’ll put the computer down, sip on a cup of tea and let a wave of calm sweep over me. I imagine a blue ocean and a warm sandy beach as I lean back on my sofa. Ahhh.
I’m going to a calm place. May I offer you the suggestion to do the same.
